Charcuterie Board is filled with cured meats, cheese, veggies, nuts, olives, dried fruits, and crackers!

Below are foods typically on a charcuterie (cheese) board:
  • Cured meats.
  • Cheese.
  • Olives.
  • Nuts.
  • Dried Fruit.
  • Crackers or baguette bread.
  • Jelly or jam.

How do you say charcuterie? It’s pronounced “shahr-ku-tuh-ree” and it means the art of preparing and assembling cured meats and other meat products!

How to arrange a charcuterie board

  1. Free style it or set  3-4 bowls of olive oil; add the dipping spices!
  2. Fill in the spaces with meats, cheeses, vegetables, crackers, figs, olives, and nuts.
  3. Don’t forget the different flavors of bruschetta ( a tomato relish like dish).
  4. Baguette slices and crostini crackers!

  • 20-inch round for smaller gatherings
  • 26-inch round for larger get-togethers with family and friends
