It's a hot summer day in Texas in June.
I don't know about you but I find it difficult to maintain any kind of diet plan properly when I don't have the recipe items the tools in order to make sure that I am thriving and successful.
Check out three of my favorite go-to summer beverages so that I feel refreshed, cool and still remain on track for my diet.
Two of the recipes are my personal recipes that I had to come up with in order to make sure that I stayed within my carb count guideline.
