- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.
- In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Add to cooked rice and mix well.
- Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat.
- Spread an even layer of sushi rice on the nori.
- Arrange avocado slices and cucumber strips on top of the rice.
- Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat.

Ingredients:
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tablespoons of tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon

- 1/4 cup of olive oil

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- In a blender, combine avocados, melted chocolate, coconut sugar, and eggs. Blend until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Blend until combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
